Client Experience – Converting Lookers into Bookers
Knowing how today’s ideal wedding couples behave, shop, and make buying decisions is important to know when presenting your venue as an option for their consideration. It’s the overall client user experience (CX) that will shape how they view your venue. Once you discover when CX actually begins, you can learn to recognize the pain points couples encounter when researching a venue and how your venue can reduce friction to help them to buy. Sort the “lookers from the bookers” and understand the role images will play to help create emotion that will ultimately trigger their buying decisions.
By the end of the presentation, attendees should expect to learn about:
- What is CX and why it is important to your wedding business
- What couples want from you as a venue
- How you can convert more couples from lookers into bookers
- 4 things you can do today to improve your CX
