SESSION DESCRIPTION
In her 10 years of experience running wedding venues, Sarah has learned that the most important thing venues can do is to create healthy boundaries outlining how they work early on. So often as a planner Sarah finds venues who will do anything their clients ask, which can be extremely detrimental to the overall success of the event and for the working relationship with the vendors working in the event. It also usually costs the venues more money than it makes them. In this presentation, Sarah will run through scenarios of boundary issues commonly seen and talk through healthy ways to implement them.
