Due to the digital nature and advanced expenses that go into making a successful event, all registrations and attendee purchases related to an Event are non-refundable. To transfer your registration to a colleague or other person, contact WVVC at email@example.com.
CONFERENCE MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
WVVC reserves the right to modify an Event’s schedule or program as necessary without notice. WVVC will keep a record of your registration and participation at an Event to provide you with post-Event information, including details on upcoming events you may be interested in.
WVVC uses the personal data you provide in the registration for administering your participation in this Event. This may include information about the Event’s content, logistics, payment, updates, and additional information related to the Event.
