Is the Wedding Venue Virtual Conference virtual or in-person:

This conference (in April 2022) will be virtual, but we have plans to host in-person events in the future!

As an attendee you'll get:

• Live access for all 3 days to 15+ presentations
• Opportunities to ask questions of our speakers during their presentation
• Access to recordings of all presentations for future playback

What if I'm still in the planning stage and don't run my own venue quite?

If you're serious about opening a venue, this conference will offer you so much information and you're bound to leave with pages of ideas and things to do. Hearing real-life experiences from actual venue owners will be invaluable as you start your venue-owning journey! Consider this taking the fast track to getting your best practices in order.

What if I've already been running a venue for years?

As an experienced venue owner, chances are you excel at some things but still have areas of business that you want to improve. Or just wonder how other venues might do things. We can all continually learn and find new take aways when we gather together and exchange ideas. Given the tumultuous social world around us of recent years, we're all still learning and exploring how venues and events need to evolve in changing times.

What if I'm not the owner but I'm a manager or run the venue on behalf of the owners?

If you're meeting with clients, handling day-to-day activities, overseeing or working wedding days, then you're running a venue and likely want to excel at your job just as much as a venue owner does. The sessions of our conference will definitely apply to the type of work you do.

How much does the conference cost?

There are a number of registration options from early-bird tickets to VIP tickets. You can see the options and costs on our registration page.

What if I can't join every session live?

Not a problem! While joining live is best so that you can ask questions of our speakers, all our sessions will be recorded and available so you can watch them at a later date when it's convenient for you.
